Great effort, unfortunately none of them solved the issue. The only way I can run it is through opening the file from the original drive (cloud in my case) and work on the file online
Does this happens to every excel file or to a specific file?
For me it was a OneDrive issue. To resolve the conflict: click the one drive icon> resolve> there you should be prompted with multiple options.
