Some of your insights explain possible issues I've faced recently compared to previously living in a different location. I've stopped using these services for the most part now just due to the major downside that occurs when the food doesn't come for whatever reason. A refund doesn't solve the hunger problem, and it usually takes long enough to realize the food isn't coming that I should have just made something or gone to get it myself anyways. @@JamesKaupert if you place an order and the food never arrives, that is so frustrating! As a driver, i can cancel an order apparently which seems odd to me. I’m sure there must be a reason one might do that but then what about the customer?
