Flashing Above a Window

Flashing above your windows is really important! Heres the detailing we used. We used metal trim coil to bend a custom piece of flashing. We then mounted that and taped it using Zip System tape.

Stock items are not the right size for this detail, and also the 30ga steel is much heftier than the typical thin aluminum
