One day I was browsing through some NIN remixes and after hearing about 15 or 20 that I didn't like, I came across TweakerRay, I was blown away by how good the remixes were. The only other artist who can make a NIN remix that I like is Trent Reznor himself.

I have a list of songs that I want to be played at my funeral, and I've always called it my 'afterlife party CD' but obviously that's getting outdated! Thanks! u managed to pick my fav part of the song when trent sings all soft and u made it last through the song like a beautiful dream....the emotion in this is amazing and haunting!

this is almost exactly what i was looking for as a reprise for the last 2 minutes of the original. i STRONGLY feel like the ending of the original song "The Perfect" by NIN should have been a separate song on its own. it deserved more than under than 2 minutes. your rendition is amazing. i love it.
I've been saying that for years. The drum breakdown is cool but the last 2 minutes is where this track really shines.
This is a really dark remix to this song and it's fantastic! From the first few seconds I was already smiling thinking (this is gonna be awesome). I was right. Please keep on making good stuff like this.

Nine Inch Nails is one of my favorite bands and Reznor is a musical genius, but this version is better than the original song. Great work man!

1) Trent Reznor invited the fans in 2007 to remix his songs at his own remixportal remix . nin .com
(Since then all people can remix his stuff and he likes the idea that people actually remix his songs.)
2) A ReMix is always taste. So if you don't enjoy it I can live with that.
3) 64.439 listens here my remix here and 276 likes vs 14 dislikes tell me that MOST people enjoy my remix.

+TweakerRay thank you for sharing your work.....ive been listening to your nine inch nails remixes for years, and ive always thought they were on par, or even possibly better than the originals. i used to like burning cds for all my friends, and when id make a compilation, all the songs would have to either be "official" or "unofficial/remixes, etc.", i never mixed the two on the same disc....but when it came to your remixes i can remember having existential ocd panic attacks cuz i wanted to put it with the official stuff cuz it was so good that was the only place i felt it "fit" X3 im weird about shit like that, but anyway thanks for the meltdown wouldnt trade it for anything :3 its been fun.
nostalgia is crazy. its interesting to remember what the hell was important to me ten years ago, totally unlike my concerns these days x3

If you want to check out my music go to tweakerray.bandcamp.com - there is a lot of music and also a lot of them is "pay as much as you like" - so people can decide to support my work. spotify even just will pay you when only a track reaches 1000 plays and then its about 1000 x 0.002 cents = 2$ thats a joke…

@@kitten_9 well don‘t worry. I do this as my expensive hobby ;-) I mean technically I am not allowed to sell the remixes because the original owner is still Nine Inch Nails. Even while most of my remixes is mostly using only the original vocals and everything else is completely new arranged and composed and played and programmed. Still its not allowed to sell it ;-) So I do mostly all the nine inch nails remixes because i love the music and the band. I still have hope that people like what I do and maybe check out my own music. And maybe even buy what they like ;-) Making music in these times has become very hard and its very frustrating to keep beeing motivated for doing new stuff. Didn't read reviews to not be looking for anything. I think this was a very original piece of work, far from the true cut, but not so far that it was disconcerting. I liked it, and prob'ly Trent would also, as I heard he did not like this vid. {that doesn't mean he didn't like the final version} ~~~ so I think you did an outstanding job of mixing. This is something I will keep.

awesome remix... what trent reznor does takes artistic talent. there are musicians and there are artists. what trent reznor/NIN presents to his fans & to the world is not music, its art. sadly, this song has been butchered by countless remixs that have absolutely no artistical value. but your remix, just like the original... is nothing less than art. beautifully done. what you've done here is very impressive. thank you for not butchering trents artwork :)
