- This is how to make pan pizza from scratch in 5 minutes or less if you're fast! This method requires no yeast so all that waiting time is gone when you are in a rush and all the stores are closed and you are craving for some good old pizza! this recipe does not require special training or equipment just a good frying pan and a rolling pin. make this at home its super easy I'm sure you will enjoy it!
EASY PAN PIZZA RECIPE
Makes two 8-inch pizza
INGREDIENTS
Pizza Dough:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (125g) greek yogurt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- Salt
- Olive oil (for greasing)
Pizza Sauce:
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Toppings:
- Pre-Baked Pepperoni
- Mozzarella Cheese

Omg!! I literally cannot believe it. I've been craving pizza for like 1 week and I finally decided to make it. Not having ingredients, I decided to make it with whole wheat flour and I didn't add baking soda (used luke warm milk instead) and I cooked it exactly the way u showed, IT WAS SO GOOD!!! i literally make alot of pizzas to find the one I love and THIS IS IT. this was the best pizza I've EVER had!!! It's so easy too!!
after testing this, I can confirm, it is delicious!! SO GOOD I ate both 8-inch pizzas!!! Pleasantly surprised!! Also, do not think that the yogurt changes the flavour of the dough, tastes identical to normal yeast dough!! Highly recommended recipe to try!! It will certainly NOT DISAPPOINT!!

For the European folks. I used 200g flour and 150g Joghurt. Worked out great.
Is it okay if i use any kind of yogurt?
@@cylmirra8691 for me it worked with 1.5% fat Joghurt just fine.

I did it twice in a row. At first I forgot the baking powder but it was alright😂
At second time I did it right
both times I used sour cream instead of yogurt but I don’t think that changed much, delicious. 🥳

I made this, came out fresh and delicious. One piece of advice, is to roll the dough as thin as possible, like a tortilla. It will rise and still be fluffy, and the pizza will be bigger.

Hey there -only recently discovered "no yeast pizza" myself - on a trip to Italy, fittingly. Totally makes sense for those in a hurry -or those that really like that flat base. Love how simple, accessible and well presented your video is! And the pizza looks very yummy:)

How are you doing?
I had pizza from a really old fashioned, small family place in Bergamo one time and although I absolutely loved how they made it (the oven was right near the counter), I've definitely had a lot nicer pizzas, unfortunately.
So, as cool as it all seemed... That said though, we of course had pizza from other places (including 2 homes) and they were really good. One of the mothers who fed us was bombarded with compliments to the point where she was absolutely glowing.
To anyone who watch this video and you want to make a big pie would strongly suggest using maybe half a cup more of flour and then add the extra ingredients. You may even want to use some extra yogurt. All that being said for the amount of time that is spent this pizza is crack! When I say crack I mean that rock that people used to smoke crack in the 90s which apparently people still smoke today but it is phenomenal hands-down better than 99.9% of all pizzas that I have tasted out in the world. The beauty about this pizza is A you know what’s going into it because you’re making it by hand and B you’re making it by hand! In today’s day and age you do not know what day is pizzerias or fast food restaurants are putting into your food if you get my meaning. I don’t eat fast food anymore if I don’t cook it I don’t eat it. To the person that created this pizza bravo!
I like the fact that this pizza is so easy to make and yet looks really delicious! Perfect quick get up and go ready in minutes meal. So good

Omgosh how did i miss this video? It looks tremendously simply! I will make the suggestion that no sugar is necessary. Normally that would be added to the dough to feed and activate the yeast, but since this is yeastless it seems unnecessary. Goodness knows we're all eating too much sugar nowadays because food companies add it to EVERYTHING, so every bit you can cut out is important! Love this recipe, have you tried it with a whole wheat dough by chance?

I made this pizza and the taste was wonderful. You can get extra taste if you add a simple marinara sauce addition to the sauce made in the video. The tangy taste and sweet taste really give a nice kick to the thin crust type of pizza.
