How to recall/delete sent emails in Office365 Outlook (Web)

In this tutorial I'll show you how you can really easily recall/delete sent messages using Microsoft 365 Outlook (Web). This is a follow up video to my blog post last week about this new feature.

I received an auto generated email from my colleague stating that the message cannot be recalled. What does it means? I have other recipients in that sent email too. Does it mean that they received that email or was it recalled except my colleague?

On the email you should have a link which takes you to a detailed page of who it has tried to recall the message from and the success/failure status of this. It can only recall messages from inside your organisation/tenant

Is it the email you can’t find or the recall option? It you can’t see the email have you already deleted it? It should be in deleted items or the secondary deleted items box if not older than 30 days.
