I will have to take down my tank pad to do it all over again bro, you can measure and mark on the tank with a permanent marker and then stick it accordingly.. lemme see what i can do.

I don't think so, It wont as its just a 3m tape like sticker, any adhesive residue can be removed with a 3m adhesive remover.
