What you are seeing is a footpath which is fully occupied by the hawkers...same is everywhere, entire city footpaths are encroached with makeshift shops everywhere..Roads are narrowed down. But whose fault is this, because hawkers are just doing that for their livelihood...they were not given any alternative spot for the same. But it is illegal...sometimes municipality people come to enact some action due to pressure from above they just come and drive them away or worse remove their temporary structure..which again build by help of local agents whom they pay regularly. So this is system, nothing is illegal if you do not want to accept it as rule...rules are meant for those only who fear the rules....the huge crowd of middle class taxpayers.

I don't find it wrong why the address should not be mentioned how will the customer try and how will the vendor get support? As for Google maps I don't give it.
