Umembeso is a Southern Africa traditional ceremony whereby families of two people getting married, converge in song and dance, to officially welcome the bride and groom into their marital home. It is customary for both families to come bearing gifts for the newly-weds. In this video, we get to experience uMembeso between Thamsanqa Dube and Bukiwe Magingxa in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.
