I have never had such soft and delicious French toast! It's better than a cake. Easy and quick recipe

Preparation and ingredients:
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of white sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
60 ml (1/4 cup) milk
A pinch of salt
Mix well
2 slices of bread
Cut the crusts (optional)
Pour the egg on the bread
Dip the bread with the egg mixture
Repeat
Pour the rest of the eggs
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Place in a pan, brown at medium-low temperature
Turnover
If desired, fry several sides.
