I have same genetics like you in terms of hearing . Please suggest me best eletronic earplugs especially for low frequency sound. Like music base. And did you use quiet on earplugs

As someone who suffers from perforated ear drums I can attest to how bad being highly sensitive to loud noises and as a shooter unfortunately with headphones, I find them both hot and too bulky for me

I work in a factory with constant loud noise but where i do my job i have low noises as well. I don't want low noises to be amplified too much. Would you recommend these buds ?

The noise has to be pretty "sharp" like dropping a wrench on the ground for it to be amplified, if that makes any sense. I know there are cheaper attenuating earmuffs more marketed towards target shooting. You might want to try out a different/cheaper product and see how well it works for you.

Hi! I no longer wear the plugs for the entirety of the shift, this is due to the discomfort caused by the plugs themselves and my small ear canals, I might purchase a different style plug from the 3M website and see if that helps. Something else I've noticed, the plugs back out of my ear canal over several hours, and when I push them deeper into my ear they make a horrible "squeal" sound when my fingers are pushed directly against the microphone opening. I have also taken these out target shooting and to a concert and they performed great at each event, however it is a bit nerve wracking having such a small $300 item not in its usual place, for fear of dropping/losing it.

@@Radiationstation You should try the others tip that was not included in the kit, one of them is the Skull Screw Communication Tip for the EEP, many users did complain about the discomfort from stock tip, but with these its wayyy better, thats from review didnt try yet.

@@Radiationstation If the problem is plugs, active cup style protectors may be the choise. I use Sporttac at range and it allows to hear others and yet protect well. They have just enough volume for double protection too if you need plugs under for very large sounds. Plenty of other similar items out there.
