Well done, gentleman 👍
This is awesome, nobody covers a song like Volbeat. Love all their albums!
OMG! This cover... this is a tribute to Metallica }:>
What a masterpiece, great work Volbeat.
As a Metallica fan since 80s i love this and this song got Volbeat heavyness. }:>
Volbeat totally nailed this and Michael Poulsen's vocals are unbelievable. They hit the perfect balance between honoring the original (which I love) and making it their own.
Poulsen lo hizo otra vez! El mejor cover hasta ahora, son la raja, los amo...😍 vengan a Chile :(
Vinieron en 2018! Estuve ahí, fue uno de los mejores conciertos de los que he tenido la oportunidad de ir
The chorus is angelic.... Thank you very much. I love all your albums....thank you for continuing this story.... My life....
When I saw the video I thought to myself no one can cover this song, but after listening, man this cover is sooooo good, sooooooo damn good, the vocals are epic, they wanted to cover the song but ended up offering another masterpiece
This is one of the rare songs where I prefer the cover. Thank you volbeat
🤘🏻🤘🏻🎸🎸💖
Holy shit, this was definitely the best cover from the album so far. What a great rendition with killer vocals.
2:54 nicest part nice tribute hat's off ❤️
Metallica 1991❤️
I LOVE this cover version, maybe even better than the original. Just to know, I LOVE Black album and I consider it as the BEST metal album ever!
Never even had heard of this band, but I must say they did an impressive job. Well done!
@Hugo are you from Earth?
You need to do some homework sir.
Better late than never!
Your in for a treat, I love lonesome rider.
Impressive? They literally made metallicas dont thread on me look wack af. This band took the song and made it a straight 10/10 and theres nothing better than that. The voice, the guitar base drums, all played perfectly even with a chorus having a nice melody been played, the beutiful solo and the pauses were just insane, like i thought it was a 8/10 with ith what i was hearing and aftrr that solo pause i was like holyyyyyy
What a Ughhh at 2:21 🤩🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼 Metallica bring Volbeat back to the roots 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
This is pure gold! I can't stop listening to this.
Enjoying the blacklist... totally appreciate someone having the balls to cover Dont Tread on Me . The 37 nothing else matters and 94 sandmans are cool... but damn. Let's dig in a little
Perfect song choice for Volbeat to cover. They nailed it!
I cant believe its been 3 years
Very well done bravo volbeat. Just enough of the original yet that signature volbeat sound. Just a great cover
this might be one of the best heavy metal covers ever!!!
I love this so much. This song was really the only song on the Black Album that could be improved. Volbeat brought it home and turned it into an epic anthem.
Volbeats cover is the only one I wanted to hear. And yall made it your very own! Fucking love it!
When your fav band covers your fav Metallica's song.
It's a good damn day
If they keep going the same direction as the Rewind album, they will have lost me for sure.
I hate that album.
I wish I didn't.
I do
@@DarkLabProductions ya that’s a bit of a stretch with that statement lol… but to each their own man, they did do a pretty damn good job tho… and this is coming from a NON Volbeat fan
Facts
@@davidvied2507 I'm a non Metallica fan and I'd say their version edges volbeats!
Oh my God...I didn't think anyone would be able to top the badassery that Metallica poured into this song...and Volbeat did it. 🤘🤘🤘
this is a perfect cover for Volbeat. I think a lot of their stuff sounds like '90s Metallica, except way more consistent.
Perfect metaphoric image between video and song, because this jam is a runaway truck you're not gonna stop.
I've never been a fan of metallica but volbeat made this song earworthy for me
Honestly what a masterpiece.
Great song from Metallica, great respect to Volbeat for even a great cover
Greatest band ever! Since Clutch! You guys are the most original roçkers!
That scream was fucking dope, this is my favorite cover on the album
Nailed it! Great cover! I like it better than Metallica's version!
Oldschool Metallica purist here... I was against this whole "Metallica cover" thing until I heard this. Love it. The chorus is brilliant. Gotta say it. It's better than the original.
Hetfield Calls Michael Poulsen little Elvis
