Creatine is the most anabolic supplement out there, it will improve your physique and strength enormous.
Next to that it is very important to use supplements, we get a lot of trash in our bodies because of all the bad chemicals that is actually in your day to day food.
Things linke Vit D, Magnesium, zinc and creatine will improve your physique by a lot.

Its hilarious Greg just put Sean in a video of his own top fitness youtubers. Even if theyve bumped heads its clear that he still respects seans work. Greg just says what he wants and Sean does too. Greg is more consistent in the entertaining and always pops multiple long form videos so i enjoy it. And sean is just like Greg stated one of the top fact based youtubers and he will "bash" on anyone giving fake advice. I enjoy both.

One scams people, the other doesn't. They really aren't in the same ballpark.

I used MPMD’s turkestrone at 4000mg for six months, and I did see a slight difference in my power and muscle fullness. However I don’t think it’s worth it and you could definitely get the same results by optimizing your diet, sleep, and training.
Isn't that to be expected anyway. After 6 months of lifting. I would expect a slight increase in power and muscle density/fullness either way
@@4lyfMotorheadno it's not, only if you a newbie or using gear
@@miquebts false. You should definitely be seeing progress in 6 months of lifting no matter what, even if it's just strength
@@strawhatJ By that logic you're making it sound like progress is infinite... its not, not for a natural, you will even have ups and downs and sometimes progress stagnates.
Which is hilarious, the 3-4 lb gain claim. Like some people get on DHEA based prohormones and after two or three 4 week cycles, hit about 6-8 lbs of actual lean tissue if they train and eat well, on top of responding well to the cycle. The idea that people are getting 3 - 4 lbs of lean tissue in the same time frame at a moderately well trained level already, is ridiculous.
Jeff Nippard is allied with Mike Israetel. Mike Israetel HATES Greg Doucette for repeatedly calling him out and basically becoming (inadvertently) the driving force behind his retirement. Now you make the math for this video.
One might think they are secret lovers with how gay Mike is for Jeff. Also Jeff personally hates Greg for how he called out his girlfriend. But honestly all three have their own demons. If only all three never knew each other that deep they would all be unbiased in their opinion of each other.
Have you tried it Sean? I did. 5 pounds in 6 weeks. Its a little less than creatine but still good.

The other guy in this vid is professional natty Layne Norton and he’s got rock solid advice as well.
Idk if greg spikes his product but his turker builder and now his stronger turk max gave me an increase in aggression and energy I've never felt before. If it isn't spiked I have to say turkesterone truly works if not a muscle grower at least a stimulant
Gorilla Mind’s turkesterone worked pretty well for me. But I’m sure you will give me crap, that’s ok though
No one is giving you crap by stating the reality that you are not isolating the variable of using turk to know whether or not it was the turk which aided your gains and not any other variables like lifting weights and eating good foods. It's just the truth that you giving your opinion on a supplement isn't a scientific study we can extrapolate to the general population.
More people are saying it works now that they are trying it for themselves
I liked gorilla minds turk as well. It most definitely worked for me

A lot of people expect a supplement to do everything with little to no work. I took ecdesterone supps in my 20's and had great results. But everything else was on point. Though I don't expect everyone to have the same results
1 year later and Turk works. I remember when creatine first came out before it was studied. You have to give new stuff time to get studied and tested. Creatine is not the only supplement that can help you.
I dunno about the claim of putting any pounds of muscle on but I'm certain ecdy and turk do work for strength gains even if it's just placebo it 100 percent helped me break through a few plateaus 🤷♂️
ecdysterone actually worked
I was wondering about this supplement. If it works or not.
@@saxonsteveit does
I did some research the plant can go extinct and the Uzbek gov is limiting the sales on it so it’s hard to find the actual real stuff but apparently the real stuff does work
Prediction has failed the turk is being pumped harder than last time, lol
I was actually kind of hoping the claims would turn out to be true (as far as what it can do to mimick human testosterone without side effects goes) but I knew there was a 99.9% chance it was just nonsense.
I was about to buy it on May 2022 but then got scammed and lost a lot of money. A blessing in disguise perhaps
I personally believe it works for some people but definitely not worth the money. I took large cycles of both Turk and ecdysterone, granted anecdotal evidence is not placebo proof. Still, I’ll share my experience. I found no muscle gain and no strength gain, but I did notice not being as sore or tired, and I was recovered to hit the muscle again about 1 day sooner. My gym progress was stable and consistent before, during, and after taking them. If I had to compare it to anything, I’d compare ecdysteroids to beta alanine, which buffers lactic acid for sets lasting over a minute. Imagine buffering the muscle fatigue and burn in sets lasting around 20-30 seconds. Also, my pumps were a little fuller despite being in a slow fat loss phase (lost 5 pounds in 3 months). IF Turk was as cheap as a multivitamin I think it’d be a decent supplement, at least for me. That said, I’m not convinced that placebo didn’t play a part. I have no way of proving that the differences I noticed weren’t placebo, so before I suggest anyone waste money I want scientific research to come out that will either shut up the people who love it or shut up the people who hate it. As for me, I don’t love or hate it, I think it helped from a workout enjoyment standpoint not being as sore or systemically fatigued but not worth the money
Love the “Curb” intro melody 😊
I take an ecdysterone/turkesterone stack. In my experience my recomposition has been pretty noticeable, ive kept my weight stable but im getting leaner and stronger. I guess results vary, maybe ill switch to just ecdysterone and see if i have the same results. This is over the course of the last 3-4 months and im not in my newbie gains phase.
Lol coming down harder on Greg than last time 😂
Greg started pushing it AGAIN! The audacity! 😂
Most sources of turkesterone are not legit, as you mentioned yourself in this video
This is the first time I’ve heard of the stuff. Progressives overload + calorie surplus with the right amount of protein intake = muscle gain.

Once Greg started shilling his own line of products I was out. The cookbook was one thing, but a line of useless supplements is another.
same here
Greg is the biggest grifter in bodybuilding
To be honest when I was a beginner I went to gym everday streak or in a row for 3 month even 2 hours I spent at gym (without a single rest day) after intense work also. I took high doses of ecdysterone and turkesterone but after this period I gained muscles alot and reduced so much bodyfat percentage to a level where some lifter and even family members tell me that I use steroids. I don't know if these products gave me the effects or if it's my beginner period potential only. The awkward thing is I went 3 month straight without any single rest day I know it was stupid of me 😅. If I was having rest days with better training program then it will make more sense and see even better results.
