I personally believe it works for some people but definitely not worth the money. I took large cycles of both Turk and ecdysterone, granted anecdotal evidence is not placebo proof. Still, I’ll share my experience. I found no muscle gain and no strength gain, but I did notice not being as sore or tired, and I was recovered to hit the muscle again about 1 day sooner. My gym progress was stable and consistent before, during, and after taking them. If I had to compare it to anything, I’d compare ecdysteroids to beta alanine, which buffers lactic acid for sets lasting over a minute. Imagine buffering the muscle fatigue and burn in sets lasting around 20-30 seconds. Also, my pumps were a little fuller despite being in a slow fat loss phase (lost 5 pounds in 3 months). IF Turk was as cheap as a multivitamin I think it’d be a decent supplement, at least for me. That said, I’m not convinced that placebo didn’t play a part. I have no way of proving that the differences I noticed weren’t placebo, so before I suggest anyone waste money I want scientific research to come out that will either shut up the people who love it or shut up the people who hate it. As for me, I don’t love or hate it, I think it helped from a workout enjoyment standpoint not being as sore or systemically fatigued but not worth the money

To be honest when I was a beginner I went to gym everday streak or in a row for 3 month even 2 hours I spent at gym (without a single rest day) after intense work also. I took high doses of ecdysterone and turkesterone but after this period I gained muscles alot and reduced so much bodyfat percentage to a level where some lifter and even family members tell me that I use steroids. I don't know if these products gave me the effects or if it's my beginner period potential only. The awkward thing is I went 3 month straight without any single rest day I know it was stupid of me 😅. If I was having rest days with better training program then it will make more sense and see even better results.
