I love that they "borrowed" from some of the guest stars past movies, like when Linda Hamilton has her bed upturned and is doing pull-ups and later says "come with me if you want to live"! Loved it. We miss this show so much.
They were surprised at his comic talents because they seem unaware that he was around quite a while before playing Bond. He did action and comedy combined in Flash Gordon (1980) and his guest spot in Charlie's Angels was really funny when he and Farrah were doing a "marital arts" fight.

This was a good summary, but how could they forget that Ron Riggle was on several episodes? I thought he was great.
