I know this is the lady’s role and the house has since sold but it felt very “yada,yada,yada”. Sonya, please don’t take this the wrong way but you present in a much more relaxed way, I feel like I’m actually in the home with you. Some people just have that personable knack of presenting. 👍🏾
I think that house was very nice but I like it when you do it by yourself you explain more you give more deaths into our house and you can really make it where people really want to stay in that hole I know they’re trying to do their best but you do it more better for your people in your clientele to really make a home there is in really care realize that their home can be there as you do a nice job by yourself when you going through a home and giving details thank you but I like more homes without HMOs not gated homes More in plantation in Davie areas have a good morning this is Jeffery from Georgia getting ready to come home

I love the light interiors of these homes but those floors are nice but neck breakers with wet shoes or feet. I would definitely have to have a similar looking but safer surface.
The spirit of this woman was demeanor and over take charge person, I would not buy a dog house from her and Sonya, you have a beautiful spirit plus your presentation is more awesome and I would want to do business with you instead.

I moved to the Orlando area from South Florida 20 years ago trust me you do not want to live in Orlando I am dying to get out of this hell hole! I am planning on moving back down to South Florida very soon.

@@fearlesslife5109 for one South Florida the people are much nicer for two there is a lot more things to do that don't cost you money and for three the beaches are 100% better! In Orlando and the Tampa area gun violence gangs and crime is increasing like crazy! I would not even suggest that to my worst enemy
We are. Looking to see homes in these south Florida area around May. We are interested in new construction. In addition we are interested in something that could be divided into two homes so we can live next to our daughter and grandchildren. The other option is to have two smaller homes next to each other

Esta muy hermosa pero la ubicación de la cocina en la entrada de la casa no me suena. Me parece que pierdes privacidad. También me hubiese gustado que te dejaran darle mas relevancia al patio, pues para mi por ejemplo, es el area social preferida de amigos y familiares q nos visitan en florida. Por lo demás esta perfecta.
