I agree with Static Mist especially in the longrun if you have Mortefi for buffing any current or future main dps.
Also one thing to note due to how ToA works in this game, you can reuse your weapons on the other side. E.g your Jiyan and Calcharo can share a weapon, Verina and Baizhi can share a weapon (possibly even echoes)
So unless they’re on the same team you can pretty much just pass the weapon around.
1 option : I upgrade my electro team with the sword for calcharo and my team is much better ( i already avec hélios on calcharo) but she only very good on him because you need 3 skill
2 option : I take the saber ( tc weapon) for my duo havoc and for the future because she an universal weapon
So inclusion take a weapon for a have a upgrade or a weapon to play another team
( ps : I have 3 team Jiyan, electro and encore and maybe the new one havoc )
the guns are the only guns with crit rate in the game, but if you don't buy BP then the sword is best choice.
Im planning to hold off on the selector and go for Jinhsi’s broadsword weapon as I can use the weapon on both Jiyan and Calcharo and can simply go for Jinhsi on her rerun already having her weapon and not wasting too many resources leveling her up when I dont have enough resources. I want to go for the sword for the reason that the sword is my favorite weapon to use. Hopefully I can save up 70 pulls by then!
The only weapons that are worth it are the ones with CR.

you will be suprised but in Wuwa endgame build 10% ATT is giving close to 7-8 % CD
so 50% att weapon is near 40% CD weapon XDD
ofc that depends on many factors but weapon substats kinda matter much more than in Genshin.

you start with 5 CR, 4 cost echo 22.5, 5 rolls crit are quite esy to achieve on avg 8 - 40
total you are at 67,5 crit without any weapon or skill. Yinlin, jianxin have extra 8 CR. Thats 75.5 Crit Rate... without weapon

Spoilers but if you dont have Jiyan’s weapon Jinhsi’s has crit rate on it. Great stat stick.
Some one on yt did a analysis of standard weapon and changli. Its a 9% dmg difference
I have Encore, Yinlin, Calcharo,Jiyan, MC, Danjin, Mortefi, Verina…. But I am not a whale, I only bought BP and Lunite Subscription.
Which weapon should I take from the BP and from the lv Union 45 box ?
I am maining Lingyang, I have Stonard and current CR/CDM is 83/191. I really think of Abyss Surges. The passive is perfect for him... but that would mean my CR woud be down by 16% as per level 70.... But I know sword is the most universal, and I am planning to pull on Changli... so I am confused @@
You should be summoning on the standard weapon banner. We got that discounted pull and 5 star selector. You could skip the 80 summon selector if you don't have a second dps
Why would you even think about lowering your crit rate.

I was very lucky and got 3 emerald Genesis for my female rover danjin sanhua as dps. Since I want to pull changli, I'll take the opportunity to get another sword at ul45.
