I love the idea of retiring these great men. It helps the church to appreciate and value them before they pass on to Glory. Many times we wait till they die before valuing them. People dont realize that these men are getting old, but because we still need the fathers of faith to live longer to strengthen and guide the sons, this strategy of retirement is therefore wise. Do you know that a massive part of the ministry burden and administrative work has shifted from Daddy Adeboye and Bishop Oyedepo in their respective ministries. The idea is for them to have more time to focus on the most important things (prayer & ministry of the Word) and of course for their bodies to have more rest as they are not growing younger. Bishop Abioye will still be an integral part of the Church executive but he can rest now and support other ministries with his grace and wealth of wisdom
Papa Abioye is the reason I love Living faith because he made faith real through his lifestyle, preaching and attitude. You are blessed Daddy. I joined living faith then in 1999 in ilorin and left. Immediately I got to Kaduna, I joined and became steadfast until I left Kaduna. Lots of love Daddy Abioye.
God bless you sir Bishop David Abioye. Indeed your path will keep shining unto a perfect day. You have been an epitome of stewardship, humbleness and, grace. Thank you for your tireless services to Living Faith Church. I love you, your wife, children and those around you ❤.
This is what kept many orthodox churches growing and I see LFC spanning through generations till Christ comes. All I ask is for the welfare of the retirees to be well met. God bless LFC.
The Bishop Abioye is a shining example of humility in service and true service to God. May God almighty bless him richly. He is definitely going higher in Jesus name, amen.

Bishop Abioye, the Church in this endtime needs you... PLEASE DO NOT GO INTO RETIREMENT. Come to America and start a ministry if you don't want to start one in Nigeria. Love from America ❤
@awesomefaith9965 can you worship in America the way they worship in Nigeria? Are you sure you have the time to attend all weekly services done in Nigeria in America?
When has church become ministry where you retire after serving for 60 years. Why did Bishop David Oyedepo himself not retired, because, Oyedepo is far more older than Abioye. POP is still serving why a man of 64. That means church is a big business. The man should open his own church and he will excel.

Why is Bishop Abioye leaving?
@@emmanuelessu2075 Very Big question only God can answer
And the way I love bishop Abioye
He is moving into the next phase of his life... Guess he is going to setup his own ministry
That's how it's in winners, they retire men of God who has served for long and also those that has a ministry on their own
