If he doesn't participate he won't get the benefit of training. He needs to perform to get a FA deal next year. It seems stupid to me.
Simms and Florio are bored. Nothing to talk about until the draft. Higgins wants a long term deal from somebody, Bengals or somebody else. Dogging it, skipping workouts, not giving your all, just basic unprofessionalism, won't help him with that goal. And he's never been unprofessional. He will play hard for the Bengals this year and then we'll see what happens.

Hearing smoke out of Bengals land that Justin Jefferson to Cincy for Tee Higgins, a 24 1st, and 25 2nd. Jefferson has agreed to terms on contract extension with Bengals, only thing holding it up is Higgins agreeing to terms with Vikings based on a 10 mil gap in guaranteed money he wants.

@TheBlackhawk1354 I didn't make it up. It's been reported from a source that previously got the DJ Reader story right about him wanting to stay with Bengals but the offer being insultingly low. Reader himself then later confirmed that on kay adams show. What if Higgins never agrees to terms so the deal never gets done? This is just the current situation as it's being reported.
@TheBlackhawk1354 Some other dude on here commented the same thing. I'm not the only one who has heard this. Doesn't make it true though. But there has been a lot of smoke around this situation leading me to believe there is actually something going on behind the scenes. We will see.
