ive been planning on learning this for a while but i’ve been putting it off so i think this is a sign to learn it 🤭 plus ive waited long enough to learn a shinee choreography (they made me stan kpop groups in the first place back in july 2017 even tho i listened to svt in 2016 i didnt stan) so i’m gonna learn this today 😍

can i ask something? Im quite new to kpop but why do people learn it mirrored?

this doesn’t only apply to kpop but every form of dance. when you’re learning something mirrored it’s the exact way the dancer is dancing. because without it being mirrored, we’re looking at the dancers in the opposite way. once it’s mirrored, it’s as if you’re looking in the mirror and thus learning a dance mirrored makes sure you learn it the exact way they’re dancing

It´s so you dance the choreo in the same direction as the idol, if you would learn from the normal practice, it would be mirrored ( i´m not good a explaining sry )
