    Can you make a video on real estate investing for beginners? Or suggest some good resources to find good projects. Any genuine recommendations to find upcoming residential projects in gurgaon?

      Hi, I have a Beginners Guide to Real Estate on this channel for the absolute basics!
      To be honest, to find good projects there aren't any specific resources that I know of, beyond looking at the developers track record and quality of previously developed projects.

      I think currently industrial projects and the infrastructure, like an expressway to Ahmedabad, are still being completed, once that is done I think other Real Estate Investments will pick up place, but it might take some time.
      Dholera and Greenfield cities in India are a very interesting market segment though!

    Can you also please make a video on Squareyards and comparison between peers.
    Also how much of the valuation is real and how much is froth you think.
    Squareyards is 4 times the revenue of nobroker but the valuation is way less

      Thanks, that's a great idea, will take that up! Squareyards is definitely a very interesting case.
      In a nutshell, I think the implementation and volume of value added services that these platforms are offering seems to be the differentiator, since a lot of Proptech companies are trying to become "full-stack" service providers.
