The issue in India is people are way to obsessed over BGMI so much that esports in India means BGMI Or free fire. Everyone could have easily overcome this problem if India had healthy esport community like in other countries. Eg Apex Legends(PC one) League of legends, Dota 2, Call of duty and etc. This ban won't affect so many people. But in India esport means BGMI or free fire sports and no other game. Either the other games fail in esports like codm or gets suppress over by the two games.

Reasons why I think that- 1.For the passionate gamers/Esports players it is actually a problematic thing, but for normal people it's not because we, the normal youngsters used to play the game again and again and just waste our times. 2. That's not true Nowdays you can't make money easily from gaming especially from youtube! Like You'll hardly find Top 500 gaming channels that are actually monetized and money or at atleast meet thier monthly expenes!
We have old data of youtube like there are 2 million yt channels that are monetized and making money.
For indian gaming channele there is no data of people who are actually trying to make yt gaming channels their career.
But we can assume out of 2 million. There are only 10000 people that are trying and only 500 of them make it happen.
So actually the probability of success is 0.05% which is reality!

This is my personal opinion so no need for anyone to be offended,Indian players all want to be eSports player in bgmi, there are other games too, bgmi and pubg has narrow minded the Indian gamers, for development of gaming and eSports other games also need to be promoted, also battle royal is not the only game type, there are story based games, horror games, strategy games etc which are popular in other countries but not in India, Everyone in India only does what they see and hesitate to try new games, Till now I have see so many content creators, players leave or make a fixed type of content because people are too much addicted to a single thing, In the start, pubg helped IGC to grow and experience many new things, before it we only saw games like: subway surfers , temple run,etc ( for most of the average population) , I think thing will change for good If BGMI is banned and it can return in future when Gaming in India is developed much more than now
