The real comes in union, where you have the chance to endure your triggers and shadows, when someone is watching. When you escape that, you just gonna end up keeping your distortions. Today is day 56. Exactly two months without hearing from him! Nothing. Not a word! He betrayed and abandoned me and replaced me with another. Discarded me like last week's garbage. He was my best friend. We spoke every day. My heart is in so much pain, it physically hurts. My soul is raped. I cannot breathe. I am drowning. Buried alive. How could he do this to me? And why? He is a Narcissistic he did the discard and went off with new supply . Organize your room , rearrange it , get moving and make you place nice. Get rid of half your things. Space allows God in . Low vibration entities live in disorganized clutter. Next do Yoga , that connects you to your higher self and guides. The focus you do on maintaining balanced poses in Taich or yoga Quiet's the mind and allows the higher relm to communicate with you . You will feel it right away. Know that We are here processing ancestral emotions Heartache is the hardest one. Know that you are doing God's work of Ascension for all.humanity . Guardian angels are so thankful to us cheering us on and are here to assist us... Ironically when you feel better that's when he is gonna want you again.... But as a narcissist he will never change the only thing you can do is perpetually keep him.wanting you and that's by not letting him have you... stay happy stay moving keep cleaning and organizing and then go help others to clean and organize their places!! ❤ You are loved !! ❤
It’s also not a shame to want to be loved by the outside environment. Eventually, we are supposed to reach that place of inner and outer love- just to know the best way for reaching that and I agree it’s best that it is summoned from within- cause it means we acknowledge our power as creators and that we own our existence and our experiences .

I think that is exactly the reason for most people tolerating abuse for too long in their adult lives and not being able to get out of awful relationships - they don't really have that point of reference, they are so familiar with abuse, that they see it as normal and if it's normal, then there's no better place to go or at least no clear idea how to find it and getting out into the world to find a better partner and create a better life may just seem like wishfull thinking or some alternative reality that seems out of reach for that particular person.

However why not have your interviews in a more natural setting: garden, parc, beach, field, patio, etc, instead of this studio or at least in a setting with natural light, windows. I found this too. It wasnt so much a conscious decision as it was a deep desire to contain my sexual energy initially. Once I honoured that, unconditional love poured out of me in every situation. My interactions with friends (of all species), strangers, myself, creative activities, my work...every part of my life was enhanced simply reframing my understanding and then my use, of life force energy. It was an unexpected and beautiful lesson ❤
Love the message but his mention of beyonce... her falling down stairs or havinv "bloopers" isnt why i dont like her. I dont like the things that she displays in her music and her life. I would love to see her walk away from the evil people she sold her soul to and step back into the light
