Great video, I've been using Pitaka cases for a long time but not a huge fan of them adding their name branding. I really wanted to like the ThinBorne because the branding is not as pronounced as the Pitaka S24 Ultra case but the mic hole being slightly covered bugs me way to much and I had to send it back. IMO that one design flaw just cheapens the look of a otherwise awesome case.

We are excited; compared to Pitaka, we have no brand awareness. However, we believe we are better in quality control, details, and service. The reason we are grippier is that we use 600D aramid fiber, which is more expensive and difficult to make, and it will have better textural details. But we believe both Pitaka and we are good choices; they are our only qualified competitor.

@@thinborne good to know I've tried Benks and wasn't blown away. Later case is good but manufacturing is inconsistent they've been better over the years but no mag safe!! Big miss so they aren't a competitor

Prior to thinborne I had the mous limitless 5.0 very good on protection but the thinborne is so good in your hand

Pitaka's 600d/1500d black and gray aramid fiber case have become classics in my mind. Nowadays, they are continuous innovation and design. In terms of creativity and texture, I still prefer Pitaka.

Both quality.....but my OCD with fingerprints always kicks in. Pitaka eliminated that with this case

Order a thinborne case for my fold 6. They charged me and forgot to ship it. Until i asked for a refund instead of refunding me they shipped the case knowing they wouldn't pay for the return shipping. I usually buy my cases from Amazon or best buy. Because if something happens thats on them they'll rightfully take care of the cost.

Anyway, I still prefer PITAKA's design, black and grey are classic but I prefer the colorful aramid fiber🤩
