Hello Daniel, which form are you referring to? Normally once you apply and pay online, you will be sent a form where you can self print your finger prints and send back via the email provided. After this, your PCC is issued

After entering alternate contact, and tapping the proceed icon, it brought out the PCC form for male and female for me to download. I have not yet paid the fee. The form has some space for personal information and space for thumb printing.
Please have been trying to sign up on POSSAP.GOV.NG but it kept saying 'sorry something went wrong while processing your request. What can I do.. Thanks

@Joanna, you can select a location close to you. But I will recommend you visit the Force CID (located on the 2nd floor of the Force HQ in Asokoro), as from my experience, things get done faster there. Remember to go with your international passport booklet once you are called for biometric capture. Also, toddlers are not allowed inside. I hope this helps

If you mean a wire transfer, I'm not sure but you can certainly pay with your debit/credit cards

The validity of the certificate is written on it...not sure if it's 3 or 6 months
