In this class, we have a "walk through" and demo of both the beginners and intermediate class taught in Newbury on Thursday 23rd May 2024 (Please note, this "Memory Jogger" is a reminder of the moves for those who attended the class and not intended for people to learn modern jive from scratch). Modern Jive is a social dance which has no set/formal footwork pattern and no set frame making it accessible for beginners to learn especially if they feel self conscious. Modern Jive is also designed for you to add in your own style such as West Coast Swing, Argentine Tango, Jive, Salsa, Ballroom & Latin, French Jive & Blues to name a few. There are also so many opportunities to dance now with Ceroc TM, LeRoc, WCS dance events, dance holidays & dance weekenders.

2. Ensure that you have enough space around you to avoid bumping into or tripping on any furniture/rugs etc. Also be aware of any overhead light fittings.
