Chantyflex Cream Flowers

This tutorial is about making the Chantyflex cream to make flowers and roses. The roses made with this cream hold their petals for a long time. It works great in hot weather.

Note: You can freeze the cream for up to 4 weeks.
Note: If the cream begins to harden, warm in the microwave for 5-10 seconds.
Note: You can add one or two teaspoons of heavy cream.
Note: When heating your pastry bag, do not do it with the decorating tip attached to the bag. Remove the decorating tip first.
