Liquipak sodium hypochlorite for your patio slabs and decking. Dilute it more for the wood though mate. Then treat the timber. It will come up brand new buddy. Make sure you give it a really good jet wash down after. Mainly for the dogs pads but also wolf touching it.👍
In the US we have a product called wet n forget that you mix with water and spray on stuff to get rid of algae from siding, fencing, decking, etc. Keeps things clear for a good year with no scrubbing/power washing. Maybe you have something like it over there.

Lee if you put a dusting of sand it will make the wood a bit less slippery mate . Are you going back to Japan mate.
