It's a great shape, personally I would have gone for plain black or white (or left it grey) and added a single line of really gorgeous mosaic tiles around that center band.
its nice but what was the point of the rebar, it isnt doing anything without sother? Also I dont see why you wouldnt just mix your own firebricks for the core, even just a metal sheet atop sand would protect it from heat expantion

Waste of tape. You can 3d print a bowl just like that with dimples on one side and solid on the other for 2 dollars.
Tape and colander still cheaper than a 3d printer
