Dear Gagan, the option you are talking in the last i.e. to keep the electronic key inside and lock the door with manual key is good but not feasible at all. Do one thing keep your windows down and then look the car with manual key and the try to start the car. Your car will start. This is not the good option provided by the Hyundai. It's a loophole. In that case any body can break your car windows and take your car. Being an Automotive development and testing engineer, I'm working on a proper solution for this issue.

Hi gagan nice work. Also I own Hyundai sonata here in Gulf. one thing to notice is u can automatically open the windows when u have locked totally from outside. Have to press unlocking 3 times hard then u will notice all windows opening automatically. Basically it comes handy when u have parked ur car in hot sun & wants to make sure that the car cools down before u step in. So this features is not included or mentioned anywhere. I don't know about others segments car in Hyundai. Maybe verna, elantra, i20 or even grand i10 may have it. Better check it out.

Hello Gaganji, i have one technical query about 2017 elite i20 asta optional. It has feature of speed sencing auto doors lock. So if while driving doors gets auto locked, then if i have to stop vehicle for someone to get down. So the only option i have to unlock doors is to stop engine? Because i face issues while opening co-driver door once the doors get auto locked. Its very strange that everytime i have to press engine stop to automatically unlock doors. Can u plz help me to understand this
