Long story short, the overlay audio that the RUclips channel uses in the video is played to distort the copyrighted content (music). Arteezy plays dota on his stream with his own playlist of music. That music, as far as i know, isnt fair use on RUclips vs on Twich where he streams live. The obvious risk is demonotization, but im not sure if this RUclips channel holder will run the risk of the video being taken down or simply overwriting/muting audio for portions of the video that copyrighted music is present. Im not sure if Arteezy has some special perks on twitch that allows him to stream the music so freely, even having the audio be playable [or not, Im not sure] on VODs.
