Wonderful video! Most of my family is from Burin and Lewin's Cove. This takes me back to my childhood spending summers at the Golden Sands beach, which my grandfather and uncle built. This is one of the most beautiful places I've ever been and some of the very best people I've ever known.
Thank you for this! My grandmother was born in Burin in 1902...I have ancestors that go back quite a few generations. I live in B.C. and will never be able to see where my ancestors are from so this is such a treasure to me. Just beautiful.
