I'm surprised to see power lines there. My friend and I tried to reach Corbin via Epworth on dirt bikes in 2013 but the road had been pretty much washed away, presumably from Hurricane Igor. We encountered huge boulders and we were pretty much bouncing from rock to rock. We gave up when we got to a long hill which was all huge boulders. Glad to see you can now drive there in a vehicle. I have relatives in Little St. Lawrence who originated from Corbin. Appreciate the video, it's well done.
Loved the video. Originally from St Lawrence and I always found the best trout fishing was in those Corbin Gull Ponds!! Great memories!! Can you tell me the name of that second song plese
That power wire at 2:20 almost was the end of the video.

I had friends in St. Kierens in 63/64 when Joe" The Pig Farmer" Smallwood started the relocation scheme !
In 1830 where did the settlers come from? Another country, or within Nfld?
I don't know.
Most came over from England and Ireland and settled here back then.
@@austinclarke2514 My mom grew up in Corbin. There were many generations. I'm curious. Thanks
Lovely video! Thank you so much for sharing the forgotten places of our beautiful province. Looking forward to more!
With names like Power and O'Rielly I would guess they were from Ireland originally.
Do me a favor, take one of those grey worn rocks and place it in bowl of 3% hydrogen peroxide. If it bubbles it’s rhodium.
Stop calling it new finland.

The second song is called "Irish legacy". I got it from a website named envato.com. It's music made for illustrating vidéos.
