I think it is immediate implant placement and it’s a bridge type restoration. That’s why 4.0 was used otherwise there are lots of risks of implant fractures or bone resorption from occlusion. Pt have missed and hopeless teeth so limited esthetics should be addressed. Not sure why buccal bone augmentation needed as mentioned other comment. To achieve a bone volume?
Hello doctor. Thanks for the question. Currently, we are not responding about individual questions for CASE REPORT, but if you participate in our webinar, you will have time to directly talk and answer any questions you have with our instructors. we think you can get a lot out of this webinar attended by many domestic and foreign directors. Please visit our Dental Bean website to check the upcoming webinar schedule and be sure to attend!
sorry . not sure why you posted this. 4.0 implants in thin bone ? No Buccal bone augmentation? No open flap, and then you open to put in CTG of pontic area ? Why not already place over implants as well ?
look at 8:30, there is loads of bone buccaly. CTG over the Implants, what for? Look at 12:30, the upper middle pic, a very nice ridge line. Maybe I would have spreadend the bone with Versah and a piezo split without vertical reliefs, works very well in such cases.

The given CTG will not take connective tissue attachment with abutments.
It may just give some labial fullness for the missing tissue.
Nossa!
Work is too fast.. No bucal bone.. Implant is too wide..
Yes, lack of labial contour of the ridge clearly seen from occlusal photo
