Thank you!! Tough player and great attitude… Bernard hits with pace, moves forward quickly, fights every point. I did a good job of staying focused even when I got down a few points… Forehands felt good all day… backhand drops were extending points… and some friendly net cords helped 😂 I hope he posts our main bracket final match… some of the best pickleball either of us has played. Looking forward to running it back in future events.😊
Viewing was two courts away on a second floor set up. Not great. Different experience from last 2 years at Indian Wells Tennis Garden… but we both had friends stick with us all day and support.
