Let's be real, Dawn should be in the conversation of all coaches, men & women. She should be up on Mt. Rushmore, that's how good I think she is as a coach. She put together a great team with a great bench. Plus having to me the best defensive player on the court, 6 ft 7, Kamilla Cardoso. Staley had built in that bench that kept their legs fresh, while you could see Iowa wearing down and honestly, any other team, Iowa probably would have come back but Cardoso had the edge. As hard as Hannah Stuelke played so hard but her assignment was Cardoso.

Dawn was always the ish to me ever since I watched her at the 96 Olympics as a kid. I always seen the fire in her eyes and it hasn’t burned out on the sidelines. I love my sista, she a All Star.
