    Long-time yogi who strives for an hour+ practice each morning. Have incorporated this routine several times and works wonderfully in the early hours to get the old body stretched and loosened up. Pleasant, clear instructions.

      Hi Nicky, I'm happy to offer this! Stretching, mobility and flexibility are so important in keeping the body healthy. We don't want a body and spine that's stiff! I'm glad you enjoyed this stretch routine :)
