I took U.S. History, American Government, Illinois History, Civics, and none of those text books contained the information about the 5 tribes. Short changed again, I think there needs to be a uniform national standard of American Education, stop letting school districts decide what to teach, if the student must perform to a standardized test, then the Educators must be made accountable and teach to a National standard of Education for all American Students.
As a business major in university I had to take US history and western civilation and some political science classes as electives and they were definite easy A's without myself even trying. Never going to happen. Here in America, what goes into textbooks is HIGHLY political. They use textbooks to push certain narratives. It's NEVER about teaching the truth; only certain narratives that are usually LIES. The entire American education system is based in lies and indoctrination. The truth is nowhere to be found.

"brandon" was not that old - he was "only" 21yo in season 1 , "kelly" and "brenda" were 18 and 19yo IRL which was not that bad . dylan (24yo IRL in season 1 and already looking like a 30yo guy) and especially "steve" on the other hand - yeah that´s funny because the dude looks like a 32-35yo in this scene and he was 26 IRL when the show started . no amount of suspension of disbelief is gonna convince you this guy is 16-17yo :D lol but the oldest was "andrea" she was going into her 30s in season 2 lol . the only real teenagers in the main cast were "david" and "donna" both 17yo at the time (but donna was already looking like a 25-30yo with all that make-up lol) , david was really the only one looking realistic in this show .
