Yes it is, I am considering going back to windows 7 from 10. I thought about going back to XP but XP is a little too old.

@@CreeperCade5 Vista has a kernel extender that can run Firefox 111 or whatever the current version is, but you need SP2 and a Server 2008 update. I use that on my 2008 Dell Vostro 200.
