I'm looking to buy a 3d printer to manufacture chassis, bodywork and other parts needed to customize remote control cars like the mini-z... do you think you could do something like that? First I wanted to try to make together the Lotus 1974 of Fitipaldi...
Just saw your timelapse video of the modeling of this one, really impressive model and print. I'm looking to buy a printer but i was wondering what were the constraint of the model when it come to printing, regarding the mesh, n-gons and smoothing, does the model have to be from one closed block when exported in STL format ?
what type of gaming laptop i am trying to get started in 3d design and 3d printing since my school has a 3d printer i am using sketchup on a samsung chrome book plus but sketchup crashes alot any tips?
Good Looking Prints!
thanks!!

Most good resin printers still seem to cost around 4k$, how much was yours since you built it?
It's gone through many versions, but this version would probably cost about $1000 or less
How did you get the scale right and all the detail?

Have you tried the salt-water method for using less resin in a top-down printer?
Yes, glycerin works better though
have you a link about the method? thanks
Antonio Giudice links in the description
