- The Orbea Wild! If you haven't heard anything about this bike, then let me tell you it has made quite the appearance in the electric bike world. Getting loads of awards and reviews from top bike critics. Today I am taking it for a ride to experience this for myself and let me say, I was VERY impressed. Finally an E-Bike that is agile and playful to suit my kind of riding?!

no because it hasen't the pinion mgu e1.12 bikes with that are the e-future.. but i know sram an shimano are crying

Would you take the smaller battery for less weight and more agility?
This was the 625 battery (smaller one) and genuinely I used around 10%. With the filming it was less riding but still the battery is going to be more than enough. So yes Absolulty I’d go for the smaller battery option 🤙🏻

I don’t know unfortunately, but it’s not far off an analogue bike so definitely a light e bike!

Would you upgrade the Fox DPS shock?
If I’m being completely honest I probably would but I can’t say that’s because it needs it. More of an upgrade, but it handled everything I chucked at it, no problem.

The Zeb is an upgrade though, the M20 comes with basic Rockshox 35..

Absolutely, I’m 6ft 2 and the bike was a large frame. This felt perfect for me. Most bikes I’m between a large or extra large but I prefer a slightly smaller bike to make it playful
@@JayHurstMtb thanks for the feedback! I'm 5ft 74 and just bought a size M. The 77.5 seat angle makes it feel small on climbs. Downhill it transforms, it's perfect and it's fun exactly as you describe it in your video. When I tried the size L I felt comfortable going uphill, safe going downhill but it was not very agile in curves and in the woods. good luck! Ciao Ciao
@@geobubu yeah it definitely depends on how you ride and what you want it for. May have to sacrifice slightly as long as it’s good on the downs! Thanks 🙌🏻

absolute overpriced low power crap. 13000$ ??? for that price i can have two stealth bomber. 5KW electric motorbikes with WAY more travel
This wasn’t the top model, this is their entry level at around £5000. Power is more than enough for an electric mountain bike

@@danielsatko- Have you tried the new Bosch Motors like this one though? I have the shimano steps on my E-Bike which I really like but trying this Bosch motor was really nice. I felt it worked exactly as I wanted it to
@@JayHurstMtbthe Bosch is a million times better than shimano, I had the 2021 Wild and now I’ve got the Rise with the annoying noisy Shimano motor but imo the Rise is better because it’s lighter and 60 Nm 360w is definitely enough power
