A lot of people talk shit on Pat and say he's crazy/eccentric, but you cannot deny that he understands the real estate game equally as well as human nature and how to maneuver through it all! Great episode.
Pat Carroll aka Patek Pat is a Real G, " I wanted to be able to look into my boy's eyes, and tell them I was fair to their mother" and wanted his boys to still have/maintain a certain lifestyle.
Wish he gave more context on his start a more detailed story from SFH to the first $9 million sale.
