Thousands celebrate Independence Day at Red, White and Lights

Approximately 5,000 people braved the elements at Crump Park to celebrate the July 4th holiday at Red, White and Lights. Severe weather forced everyone to their cars in the afternoon, but the park reopened for live music, food trucks and a kids' zone. The Richmond Symphony headlined the night with a laser light show to finish the festivities.
