I tried to copy her, it’s quite ok if you know how to take breath smoothly. But the best thing is that she rapped really clear and i was like ựnabsjshqixhajxvsjxb
she uses a great breathing technique where you can see her take a decent amount of air in before starting her verse and as she raps she actually raps through her diaphragm (this is also a technique in singing) her breathing foundation is really great she can rap and sing for a long time without losing much air which is due to proper breath control and voice control which she really avoids rapping in a nasal dominant though she sounds nasally but in reality she isn’t even if you listen to her speaking voice it’s pretty similar indicating that she was actually very conservative of air during her verse. Hope this helps cause I am a rapper myself so yeah 😊

Using English in a rap isn't a bad thing. It's just using language to convey what you're trying to say. There aren't any set rules saying you can't use another language or that it shows you aren't talented, it's just a means of getting your method across

Jeon So Yeon has more flow and lyrical sense than most of the competitors on this show, and could probably participate in SMTM without being eliminated too early. All the people who complain about her probably listen to Kpop only and have no idea how rapping works smh. You obviously can't rap yourselves, and you probably shouldn't be listening to anything other than boy and girl groups because this isn't your territory. No ear for talent in the rapping department at all.

I'm usually not that easily impressed by korean rap, especially from young people/idols, but I was pretty amazed by her here and never forgot her name after this. I actually read about her. After she involving in rap. She try audition in all different audition company. And many of them actually accepted her/called her. But she left due to different music taste. Since in cube ,their artist is free to do what they want.
