PD need to add a vote to kick function for drivers like this. If they aren’t prepared to hand out bans, at least give the community the opportunity to soft ban these sorts of drivers.
In gt5 and maybe 6 you could vote to kick from lobbies but it wasn't always easy to get everyone to vote trolls out. Some people enjoyed watching the chaos

What was weird though was, in that race, he made a cracking start and could quite easily have won! But Kimi being Kimi..... Leopards and spots, I suppose!?! Good to finally "race" you. Hey there Deadeye. Great racing from your side. As you can clearly see, it takes some of those really top drivers (you said they were) over 50% of the race to actually get you out of their slipstream. Which means you are no slouch either. Told ya there is a reason why you are a big name out there and why A LOT of people think keeping up with you is already an achievement. And if you keep this up , you could be there with the really big boys. You are not far off. As for Kimi......well, don't think much can be said there that hasn't been said before. At this point I think the only way to get PD/Sony to do something about it is to start a huge social media campain showing what Kimi does and that PD/Sony are not doing anything about it. Something with #BanKimi as a tag.

No it doesn't. . . if you know anything about top split drivers (meaning the best) being in their slip steam and still not keeping up means that you're slow. And b4 you say something stupid, I'm a top split driver in multiple different driving games and losing slip stream, ie. you having a literal defacto advantage over someone generally worth a hell of a lot of time, means you are no where near as fast as them and if you can't even maintain that for 50% of a lap, yea that's a huge no. Not meaning to talk down to this driver but in our world, that's slow. Edit: Also, they're fighting, meaning they're going far slower than normal here.
What KIMI is doing is exposing GT7 for what it really is. The more reactions he gets the louder his message is heard and the more likely PD does something about it. If they choose to neglect their polished turd then at least they take the hit to their reputation for creating the best worst racing game.

I understand these videos get a lot of traction but he only behaves like this precisely to get in these videos. He doesnt care if he gets punted out the race. He can be 5 seconds in the lead and slow down just to ram people. The last Rory video he did Kimi was parroting the title back to him in chat. And now we have another well known dirty driver in chat saying ‘I’m the new kimi make me famous’. PD should be called out in these videos, not the driver themselves as that’s exactly what they want. I have great respect for you Del, as a streamer and driver so I hope this doesnt come across as a moan on you, it definitely isnt; But I couldn’t race for days last week because of this clown and the notoriety he chases by being featured in these videos so I find so much content around him frustrating.

yeah, Deadeye... the leagues used to be crazy fun and people quickly figured out that shenanigans and or horseshit would lead to a ban.... First they would get banned from the race course so the likelihood of winning anything drastically dropped, when you pay real money to enter a series there's more at stake. It wound up making team endurance races insanely competitive and 'clean at all costs' Mostly, i miss the prizes in the weekend touring series's

The whole reason I stopped playing the online lobbies was because drivers like Kimi who manage to take everyone out and not get penalties for it. How PD can feel that a driver can make a left turn into the side of another car down a straight away forcing them off the track doesn’t warrant a penalty is beyond me. Meanwhile I can get rear ended under braking and get a penalty for it. I gave up on multiplayer as a result.
The 155's a strange old beast - I love the way it looks, I'd love to see more touring cars in the game - and while I seem to be half decent with it at my level - mid A/S, I don't really like the way it drives (this week's quali time is a 1:48.809 (PS4/Pad), and I think I could get that to a .5 at a push)

Players have tried getting kimi banned for years now. Imo kimi is part of development team of PD. He is the most famous GT driver if you google kimi you will see the marriage. The only way he’s going to get punted is RUclipsrs start referring to him a part of the PD team.

I remember playing GTR2 waaaay back in the day, everyone was helpful and serious drivers. There were racing incidents but you knew the difference between hard racing and jack-off racers like Kimi. Honestly, if there are more than 10 people with video evidence it's more than enough to show this guy is just a dick online. Probably every game he plays.

Hi @DeadEyeDelboy I had my first race with Kimi today. It wasn't too bad to be honest. He did have a very funny moment missing the pits entrance and getting reset several times in a row 🤣. So had to look him up here to see what I could find. He was racing today with a Netherlands flag... Still the same ugly pink livery and still quite rough passing other people but no nasty stuff like this, maybe he's redeemed himself? Maybe he was having a nice day? Maybe e did get banned and he's got another account and that's why the different flag, or maybe an impersonator? 🤷🏻♂️

It's surely time for a concerted coordinated effort from as many creators as possible to start piling off email after email, day after day to PD, including this kind of footage. Surely 3 or 4 or 5 emails PER WEEK from all the creators highlighting firstly the obvious cheating but also the reputational damage caused to PD day after day by nothing but negative content all over YT. PD clearly believes they can completely ignore this, so remind them that you YT creators are their UNPAID advertising and marketing providers. Make them fully aware that you will also fully publicise any and all responses from PD, OR LACK THEREOF. How many 80 quid a pop games do they think they will sell when everything appearing online about THEIR product is disastrously negative. Get together with Rory, Kie, Kireth, Steve, Tidgney and anyone and everyone you can and work together. Make a spectacle of them.

I remember playing GTR2 waaaay back in the day, everyone was helpful and serious drivers. There were racing incidents but you knew the difference between hard racing and jack-off racers like Kimi. Honestly, if there are more than 10 people with video evidence it's more than enough to show this guy is just a dick online. Probably every game he plays.

Hi @DeadEyeDelboy I had my first race with Kimi today. It wasn't too bad to be honest. He did have a very funny moment missing the pits entrance and getting reset several times in a row 🤣. So had to look him up here to see what I could find. He was racing today with a Netherlands flag... Still the same ugly pink livery and still quite rough passing other people but no nasty stuff like this, maybe he's redeemed himself? Maybe he was having a nice day? Maybe e did get banned and he's got another account and that's why the different flag, or maybe an impersonator? 🤷🏻♂️

He races clean for a few races to maintain his ‘S’ then causes chaos, rinse and repeat.

It's surely time for a concerted coordinated effort from as many creators as possible to start piling off email after email, day after day to PD, including this kind of footage. Surely 3 or 4 or 5 emails PER WEEK from all the creators highlighting firstly the obvious cheating but also the reputational damage caused to PD day after day by nothing but negative content all over YT. PD clearly believes they can completely ignore this, so remind them that you YT creators are their UNPAID advertising and marketing providers. Make them fully aware that you will also fully publicise any and all responses from PD, OR LACK THEREOF. How many 80 quid a pop games do they think they will sell when everything appearing online about THEIR product is disastrously negative.
Get together with Rory, Kie, Kireth, Steve, Tidgney and anyone and everyone you can and work together. Make a spectacle of them.
