Definitely a dirty move! You’re quick ‘round Spa. Maybe do a lap guide for this week’s race? I’m struggling with the line through Blanchimont. Can’t consistently keep it flat without running wide like P2 did on the last lap.

also with the bus stop it looks like your entry into the first part of the chicane is a bit too early and narrow which makes setting up for the second part tough, if you come in wider you'll be further on the right for the second part so you can get a better angle, at least that's my impression from what I can see I don't wanna say I'm an expert or anything heh
You are probably right, its the same mistake I keep making into the chicane, and I have only just realised I was doing it wrong by watching youtube clips!

You have one of the smoothest styles (RUclipsrs) judging by your inputs by the sound and the visual. The other guy had the advantage of the slip stream to get faster lap times but you had him for consistency. Consistency wins everytime.

If I ever make a mistake and gain a position from that mistake by nudging someone I always give the position back. Simple.

I once raced this guy. Saw same thing going on and after race I asked him why he had to drive like that. "I'm hard" was his answer. No joke, but hilarious anyway
That was overly-aggressive. I don’t think he meant to ram (could be wrong), but it wasn’t wise. Good race, mate!

Reputation aside, I don't think it was dirty - just a bad divebomb. If you look at the "red dot" on the steering rack graphic from Arc's pov (9:15), it fluctuates a bit, but it stays firmly on the left side.
It was a shocking move attempting the overtake without being even slightly alongside first, but I don't think he had enough control of the car to intentionally shove the other driver off.
I think he misjudged his speed into the bend, ran wide, and the momentum of the car took the other driver out. Still terrible driving and he should have handed the position back, but it does not look like intentional ramming to me.
So much of GT7 is great but that lack of an effective penalty system kills it for me, the amount of damage from tiny impacts is so over the top it’s a joke. Rather than late break into you the smart drivers just give you a little nudge in the braking zone, minimal contact but enough to push you offline - they get the place without a penalty or a little nudge off the track knowing the damage will cost you more than the nudge. The developer needs to go in my eyes as they are the reasons GT isn’t a great game

if he says that move was a mistake then why did he not give the position back? Well we all know the answer to that one, because it was totally intentional, thus making him a dirty frickin driver. If that was a real race he would of probably got disqualified or seriously reprimanded. Sim racing is a non contact sport, not dodgems at the bloody fair ground.

That was a dirty move when he first made contact he should immediately hit the brake back outed and got back in line in his running position, also he swung the car wide to finish pushing thr other driver out and he did it in such àway the other driver had to go with wide swing or risk looking like he is the dirty driver not Gt. no Dôubt that was intentional 100%
