Tower Rescue Training at Arco Professional Safety Services

Tower Rescue Training is specifically targeted at those who are working on Masts & Towers usually in telecoms and utilities industries. The course will train the delegate in the skills and techniques necessary to safely remove a casualty to ground from a variety of different scenarios.
• Tower rescue kits
• Anchor point selection
• Self rescue
• Rescue off an access way
• Rescue from lanyards
• Casualty care
• Suspension Trauma
The course will involve elements of classroom and practical tuition. Emphasis will, at all times, be on practical rescues under the safe supervision of an instructor.
Delegates will be continually assessed throughout the course.

Instructor coaching at height is good tactic. However, Cutting should be last resort not first. Many a rescuer has cut their own rope or cut patient rope before attaching themselves.
