"House of cards' - excellent job :)
If I was 30 years younger, I'd apply as a helper at CDI.
Impressively done. It always surprises me when I look at the size of the rubble. I forget how much of a building is empty space.
Happy Throwback Thursday!
Always appreciate seeing the debris pile, mostly to see how well the collapse worked.
Thanks Doug!
The endlessly fascinating detonation experience concludes in a cloud of thick swirling dust and the startled flight of birds ! Within the space of a few breaths - it's gone. That's impermanence for you.
If only this would happen to every Ryan Homes build
love the angles on this one
Great job 😊
Mister Robinson's neighborhood.
take that stella
Cdi try released all your old videos demolishing old structures outside america like compilation
I don't realy understand why there are 2 séries od explosions, and why the building begin to collapse at the second one. That's truely a mistery for me.
Thank you for the vidéo.
They go over that in one of their "Blow Down" documentaries on RUclips. I don't remember which one it was, though.
This was shown on implosionworld's 2003 compilation video
As a zoomed in-shot, however.
@@BirdFoodIsMyThing Still the same implosion
3:15 So long, Stella.....
How about pruitt-igoe demolition
This building looks familiar to me 🤔
I wonder where they will bus all the low rent people to? Maybe a neighborhood near you!
Great demolition. Just a shame. These projects were built with the best of intentions, yet turned into dens of crime all too quickly.
Never build any dwelling you wouldn't want to live in with your own family.
No ownership, no pride, no gardens.....no life.
y'all wrong for this one
Koyaanisqatsi
Another failed housing project bites the dust.
When the tenants destroy their free housing. Defies logic!
Well if you're family had paid their rents maybe it wouldn't have happened
@@Richard-od7ydor idk maybe dont throw a bunch of SPECIFIC poor lower class families of 3,4,5 in one area for living just cause its “cheap n affordable” nd NOT fix or renovate anything just let the conditions get worse as yime goes den maybe we wouldnt have “another failed housing”
@@yhuncho3333dude, are you literally a cartoon character in real life...? I'd guess Early Cuyler....? Early is that you?? haha =)
