Huge respect for this channel. Drugs are commodities and, like any other commodity, they are subject to the laws of supply and demand. The demand is huge and, as people are starting to realise, addiction is rooted in trauma and this trauma inspires demand, when it comes to addiction. People can be addicted to anything. We need to understand addiction for what it is and treat it as such: a public health issue. Respect to the channel and all that want to see a better world. As for Warren, he's done his time and he will make a killing via entering the RUclips game! Or merely writing his memoirs - who that is interested in these topics wouldn't buy a copy? Hopefully he has reformed and will come out and offer his insights into the state of affairs, based on his experiences. I can't see him trying to catch up with the drug game, but he doesn't need to. There is a huge market for voices such as his, and he could probably sit back and get paid for offering his thoughts if he wanted to.

Ahh thanks for the vlog sam. Id never heard of curtis warren b4, so was interesting to hear his story. Yes drugs will always be around, as u said, its supply & demand. Nobody mkes some1 take drugs, but same time i can imagine a casual user slowly but surely getting sucked into addiction. And like u said some ppl tke drugs to help with the pain of past traumas, which is really sad. Lovely to see beautiful Stephen, hes always such a happy boy 🐾💙
Will be interesting to see how Mr. Warren adaptes to What now is a rapidly changing world 100% agree with Mr. Samworth There will always someone to replace the previous person due to the power vacuum your definitely right some people use to as a coping strategy to help with pain from past It's really quite sad think the work Mr. Samworth is doing is really quite inspirational

Very interesting video. You took me back to those early days of Acid House/Rave. The very scene, did embrace some of the Hippy culture and philosophy. I first started to go to the 'Havana' in Middlesbrough and knew Lee Duffy, MC Lee and DJ Huey, who was my friend. I witnessed the times it all went pear shaped too. I was speaking to Lee Duffy on the night he got killed. But the beginning days, it was a special time to have experienced. Thanks and respect mate.
I really respect your point about what makes people addicts in the first place very good and true point of what should be getting addressed and about how people use prescription drugs drink even self-harm to challenge those things., what I also think is an issue is the way the law has gone out of control and how the law turns around and invents numbers invents figures blinds the jury's with science forensic lies also backing it up as well because when they set a figure that they want someone to give back it's an exaggerated figure it's a guarantee that it's been multiplied by a minimum of 50% more than it should be¡ the amount of people that are incarcerated falsely a wrong for amount of times and they're all in for manslaughter but they all get convicted for murder all it is is one big pantomime to the police and prosecution and they're perpetuating the problem add on top of that sadistic prison staff it's just a never-ending cycle keeping people paid. ¡ you seem a very amicable person Sam I would appreciate if you could direct message me so that we could have a discussion please kind regards
ow do, SAM n Stephen.. great story as normal m8... read up about Curtis warren, and like you say they wanted 197 million, from him.. but what would they do with the money ? i bet it it would disappear in to plenty of high ranking pockets. in court it was said curtis warren, Between March 2008 and October 2009 the mobile telephones were used in prison to make some 34,000 telephone calls and texts, on average about 62 calls were taking place a day. while awaiting trial in Jersey, bloody hell, i have not made that many call in my life..... si thi..
If you haven't already sambo, read the book by greaham Johnson powder wars it was they best read I've ever read. Links to cocky a book I personally didn't get on with. powder wars is a story that is pod cast worthy
100% I'm an addict, have been for decades, it's not an easy life.... But it is what it is, but you can't necessarily blame certain individuals... It's on a larger scale than that, there's always going to be a Curtis Warren....or whoever, if they legalised it and kept on top of its quality! I think you would see a decline in crime... It's simple
Curtis Warren indeed make the Forbes rich list.At one point having a guesstimated fortune of £300 million,No paper trail,he has a photographic memory it’s said ..
I don't think he needs to remember anything more than the phone numbers to his lawyers in London and his accountants on the channel Islands and in the Caribbean
Really intriguing insightful perspective as always I've seen news articles on this individual his story is Very intriguing I believe BBC radio 5 are doing a series on him ahead of his prison release in November agree with you on What you said on supply and demand there will be someone to fill the power vacuum left by the previous person will be interesting to see how mr Warren adapts to the outside world if he is granted parole It's lovely to see Stephen again thank-you for doing What you do take care best regards to your family
Yes you are correct. I was just listening to a podcast last night about him. I think it must be the BBC R5 that you mentioned. I listened to the first episode and fell asleep during the second episode. It’s a good series all about his life definitely worth a listen to if your into your true crime. Which to be fair you wouldn’t be on here if you didn’t like true crime lol. 🤦🏻♂️

Plenty common sense as usual. I too remember cigs been sold to kids in singles, there was a shop ,directly across the road from my comprehensive and they made a killing at lunch and break times.
If you've just done a 20 stretch, I seriously doubt he'll go back to doing what he was. He'll be well away from the drugs if he does do anything. I suspect he's still got money.
I hope he does, I wish him all the very best he’s done his time so I can’t see any problems other than people among the powers that be trying to stop him living a life of luxury

@@samueljbell92 yes spending 20 yrs away from the workd would defo have changed him n the world is certainly a different place now to what it was then. I wish him
Well for the future, hes done his time. Its a shane nonces & rapists arent given these long sentences…

Thanks for that all the best dude!
@@RealPorridgePodcast All the best mate, wish you the best.
Brilliant video mate respect YNWA brother
Cheers dude very kind
Lol...spot on about the bass.
ow do, SAM n Stephen.. great story as normal m8... read up about Curtis warren, and like you say they wanted 197 million, from him.. but what would they do with the money ? i bet it it would disappear in to plenty of high ranking pockets. in court it was said curtis warren, Between March 2008 and October 2009 the mobile telephones were used in prison to make some 34,000 telephone calls and texts, on average about 62 calls were taking place a day. while awaiting trial in Jersey, bloody hell, i have not made that many call in my life..... si thi..
Its good to talk😁cheers dude
Great content as usual

If you haven't already sambo, read the book by greaham Johnson powder wars it was they best read I've ever read.
Links to cocky a book I personally didn't get on with.
powder wars is a story that is pod cast worthy
Read: The Devil by Stephen French. Good stories on Cocky.
It's simple
neil read the very back page curtis has a statement at the end nobody mentions this (fattend up for the kill)
Howdy lads 💥 ta much 🎯 .

Curtis Warren indeed make the Forbes rich list.At one point having a guesstimated fortune of £300 million,No paper trail,he has a photographic memory it’s said ..
Does he foooook
I don't think he needs to remember anything more than the phone numbers to his lawyers in London and his accountants on the channel Islands and in the Caribbean
Hello mr samworth sent you email just got out will five weeks ago hope your good 👍
Really intriguing insightful perspective as always I've seen news articles on this individual his story is Very intriguing I believe BBC radio 5 are doing a series on him ahead of his prison release in November agree with you on What you said on supply and demand there will be someone to fill the power vacuum left by the previous person will be interesting to see how mr Warren adapts to the outside world if he is granted parole It's lovely to see Stephen again thank-you for doing What you do take care best regards to your family

I'm 41 and at 11/12, I would go to the shop in my dinner hour and buy 2 cigarettes, a h bap and packet of Crisps for £1. This was in 1991/1992.
Way of the way eh? Cheers all the very best
crisps will kill you, too much salt and fat.

Done 1 man doors
Years ago a old school bouncer told me this…..
Do your checks , welcome customers in ,have a laugh
If it turns ugly call 3 9’s and get them there
You don’t go fighting on 1 man doors unless your my mate who’s a boxing coach and enjoys half killing people
Plenty common sense as usual. I too remember cigs been sold to kids in singles, there was a shop ,directly across the road from my comprehensive and they made a killing at lunch and break times.
Retired off it dude! Cheers

Interesting Insight Sam Your Channel Respect to Stevie
If you've just done a 20 stretch, I seriously doubt he'll go back to doing what he was.
He'll be well away from the drugs if he does do anything.
I suspect he's still got money.
Ah yeah gatecrasher and love2be. Remember our trips down to Sheffield. Mid 90s were a good time to be young
