Awesome as always. This one was one of the first fully complete maps for mari0. Its a bit trolly at points but I see it's fairly manageable in multiplayer haha
26:46 so in the original Super Mario Bros, instead of checking if you were on top of the enemy when jumping on it, it simply checks if your velocity is downwards when colliding with the enemy. I guess the devs for Mari0 decided to keep that functionality.
Wow! That is a nice crossover game of Adventure Island and Super Mario Bros! It has improved features like hitting blocks and jumping on ground type enemies while underwater. It is only natural if a Goomba becomes a helper for Mario since the Paper Mario series games did the same thing(Goomba is a character with a family) and a Goomba is a kind of mushroom as well. It is good to know that you are playing together again.
I’d like to see a map pack called “Back to Basics”… It would be as Vanilla as possible within software limitations, essentially an expansion pass for levels to test the player’s skill…

Instantly recognized Adventure Island's resources on this, it is one of my favorite NES games. I remember that I believed it was a Mario game when I was like 6.
You can add sound effects by creating a midi/mp4 and replacing it in the asset folder. You would have to find out which sound effect is used for swimming up.
yknow you should try mario editor its a very fun super mario maker fangame and it has like.... MAYBEH 26 POWERUPS!?!?!?! and stuff from other mario games
