Because the motherboard detects a program in computing process So it sends an Order to Power Supply to shut the power and prevent parts from being damaged

Hello sir. I am Rohan. I have the same CPU that you have shown in this video but my problem is a bit different. A few days ago, I was not at home & when I came back & switched the power on & pressed the power button on CPU it started & after 5 seconds, it went off and started beeping. Till then it is still beeping when I try to on it. I replaced the CMOS battery with a new one, cleaned the ram & reinserted it, cleared the fans properly. Did everything that was possible. But it is still not opening & making that beep sound. Please help me with this problem. I have the same HP Windows 7 CPU that you have shown in this video. Please tell me, what can be the reasons of its beeping. Waiting for your reply

lol, it actually worked, worried all day at work just to come home and try this, thanks a lot! dont need to pick up that new psu i ordered. This happened to me when i changed my cpu cooler, and did so kind of in a hurry, thought for sure i did some dmg to my motherboard or something :P
PC : HCL H55H - CM board latest BIOS Processor i3550, RAM 4GB(2+2) Problm : if I reboot when running it starts fine. If I turn off and next morning turn on, It won't start and monitor gets no signal. There ks a whirring of fans for about a second and it stops. I have to reconnect all the wires and I have to unplug and put the plug back in then it starts fine. I have changed the PSU but no change The system is not overclocked and bios settings are all default Help. Me out. Please

Dude... I did this, changed my power supply twice, changed my HDD, removed my Graphics card, applied the heat sink paste but its still restarting like this again and again.
